SINGAPORE, June 2026 — TripZilla, Southeast Asia’s leading travel media platform, has partnered with the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) Singapore to produce and distribute the Japan by Japan monthly eNewsletter through March 2027.

Japan remains one of the most popular outbound destinations among Singapore travellers, with growing interest in regional destinations, seasonal experiences and lesser-known attractions beyond the country’s major cities. TripZilla and JNTO Singapore aim to inspire and support Singapore travellers with curated content that showcases the diversity of travel experiences across Japan.

Each monthly edition of Japan by Japan will feature destination recommendations, cultural experiences, seasonal highlights and practical travel resources selected in collaboration with JNTO Singapore and its headquarters in Tokyo. The newsletter will serve as a trusted source of inspiration and trip-planning information for Singapore travellers looking to explore both iconic and emerging destinations across Japan.

“We’re excited to work alongside JNTO to bring Singapore travellers closer to the Japan they haven’t yet discovered. Each edition of Japan by Japan is designed to feel like a recommendation from a well-travelled friend: honest, curious and helpful in trip planning,” said Benjamin Phey, General Manager of TripZilla.

Celebrating SJ60 Through Travel

The partnership launches during a significant milestone year as Singapore and Japan commemorate the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries (SJ60).

The inaugural edition of Japan by Japan highlights JNTO Singapore’s GO Japan Lah! campaign, which showcases fresh perspectives on travelling through Japan through the experiences of Singapore-based content creators. From nature escapes and wellness retreats to regional food discoveries and self-drive adventures, the campaign encourages travellers to experience a different side of Japan.

A year-long photo contest and special SJ60 activities will run alongside the campaign, inviting Singaporean travellers to celebrate this shared milestone.

Supporting the Japan Travel Ecosystem

Beyond editorial content, TripZilla will use each newsletter edition to amplify promotions and offers from JNTO’s travel trade partners, directing readers toward curated deals and travel packages available on the JNTO Singapore promotions page. This positions Japan by Japan as a one-stop resource for travellers seeking both inspiration and practical planning tools for their next trip to Japan.

Throughout the campaign period, TripZilla will work closely with JNTO to optimise content strategy and audience engagement, ensuring the eNewsletter continues to deliver relevant and valuable travel inspiration for Singapore readers.
