JoinX Marks 10 Years of Custom Software and AI Development in Taiwan

Founded in 2016, JoinX is a Taiwan-based software and AI development company marking its tenth year of operation in 2026. From offices in Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung, and Tokyo, JoinX builds AI into the systems and workflows enterprises already run rather than replacing them — through custom development, AI development and integration, and technology advisory.

JoinX, a Taiwan-based software and AI development company, marks its tenth year of operation in 2026. Since its founding in 2016, the company has delivered more than 500 custom software projects for enterprise clients from offices in Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung, and Tokyo.

JoinX began in 2016 as a custom software development firm and has since grown into a team of about 80, more than 50 of them in-house engineers. The company holds ISO 27001:2022 certification, is registered with Taiwan’s Ministry of Digital Affairs, and has been recognised with an iF Design Award. In recent years it has moved its delivery model toward agentic coding, applying AI across the development process itself rather than only in the products it builds.

JoinX builds AI into existing systems and workflows rather than replacing them. The work requires understanding both the existing architecture and the operational workflow it supports, which is why the company delivers custom development, AI development and integration, and technology advisory as connected services rather than separate products.

Over the past decade, JoinX has delivered more than 500 launched projects for over 230 clients, including Fubon, Delta Electronics, Fuh Hwa, Acer, momo, and United Daily News. The company is headquartered in Taipei with offices in Taichung, Kaohsiung, and Tokyo, where it increased its registered capital to 50 million yen.

JoinX operates across three service lines: custom software development and design, AI development and integration, and technology advisory. Clients can engage JoinX for end-to-end delivery or for a single stage of a project. The company works with enterprises across a wide range of industries, from financial services and retail to media, manufacturing, and education, under the principle it summarises as: Think. Build. Deliver. With AI.
