Fusic Co., Ltd. announced that it has been selected for a digital transformation project by Singapore Takada Industries Pte. Ltd. (“STK”), a Singapore-based engineering company and a member of the TAKADA CORPORATION Group.

Through this project, Fusic will support STK in modernizing its internal operations by leveraging digital technologies such as cloud computing and generative AI.

About STK

Founded in 1971 in Singapore, STK provides engineering design, construction, and maintenance services for a wide range of industrial facilities, including oil and gas facilities, petrochemical and chemical plants, pharmaceutical facilities, power plants, and semiconductor manufacturing plants.

Over more than 50 years of operations, the company has delivered numerous projects across Singapore and Asia, establishing a strong reputation for quality, safety, and reliable project execution.

STK is part of the TAKADA CORPORATION Group, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market. Under its Fifth Mid-Term Management Plan (FY2022–FY2026), the group has positioned productivity improvement and competitiveness enhancement through ICT utilization as a key strategic priority, actively promoting digital transformation and the adoption of advanced technologies.

Project Overview

Under the project, Fusic will support STK in advancing its internal digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and strengthen organizational competitiveness.

The initiative will leverage cloud-based systems and generative AI technologies to modernize business processes and enable more data-driven operations. The project will be implemented in multiple phases, with gradual deployment across STK’s internal workflows.

In addition, the project will explore the potential integration of AI-driven capabilities as part of STK’s longer-term digital strategy.
