As Nestopa approaches its third anniversary since launching in April 2023, the Thailand-based modern digital property marketplace and proptech platform is entering a new phase of growth — evolving from an early AI-driven platform into a connector across the real estate ecosystem.

Since its launch, Nestopa has grown to feature over 300,000 property listings nationwide, helping users explore everything from rentals to properties for sale in Thailand, while modernizing the search experience through AI-driven technology designed to improve discovery and better understand changing buyer behaviour in Thailand’s property market.

Beyond individual listings, the platform also showcases leading new property developments in Thailand, supporting developers in reaching both domestic and international buyers through enhanced visibility, data insights, and digital marketing solutions.

While Thailand remains its primary market, Nestopa also attracts users from key international markets, including the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Singapore, Australia, and other global locations.

Now entering its third year, the company is expanding its role beyond listings by bringing together developers, agencies, and industry partners through events, awards programs, and market-focused initiatives aimed at strengthening collaboration and supporting long-term industry growth.

“From day one, our vision was never just about listings,” said Kevin Speakman, Co-Founder and CEO of Nestopa. “We adopted AI early to make property search more intuitive and the listing process more efficient. Today, Nestopa is focused on connecting the industry — bringing developers, agencies, and partners together to create meaningful collaboration and support long-term growth.”

From Property Marketplace to Industry Connector

Over the past three years, Nestopa has expanded its initiatives to support the broader real estate sector, including:

Nestopa Thailand Property Awards, launched in 2025, recognizing outstanding agencies and developers across Thailand

Nestopa Property Pulse, launching in 2026 as a multi-city real estate event series across Phuket, Bangkok, Samui, and Pattaya, designed to connect industry professionals and facilitate discussions around real buyer demand, pricing dynamics, and market direction

These initiatives reflect Nestopa’s evolution from a digital property marketplace into a broader ecosystem that supports industry collaboration, knowledge sharing, and meaningful partnerships.

Looking Ahead to Year Three

As Nestopa moves into its third year, the company plans to continue strengthening its ecosystem approach by expanding industry engagement, building strategic partnerships, and further investing in technology that supports transparency, efficiency, and smarter decision-making within Thailand’s property market.
